The treatment I had was extremely relaxing and therapeutic . The employee who delivered the treatment was very professional, respectful and personable which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facility has a lovely ambiance as soon as you walk. In reception staff attentive and polite. My therapist was lovely and the service provided was wonderful. I look forward to my next visit.

I love everything about the spa however the only feeling I have is at times I feel short changed. For example, an hour massage for $100 always sees me dressed and paying in under an hour.So from the time I undress, am ready, massage starts, finishes and am at reception, I actually haven't had an hour massage. However in saying that, maybe the hour does include getting ready and finishing.

I love SAltair but i do find them to be slightly expensive, especially when i can generally only get the time to have treatments on a Sunday and they add a surcharge for these. It makes me less likely to use them on a regualr basis and only go there on special occassions.

My therapist Jasmine was fantastic. She was very attentive to my problem areas, shoulders and neck, which was just what I requested. I have had many massages, not just in recent years at Salt Air, and have never felt as great as I did today - thank you!!
