I had booked this after I received an email for my birthday which said I’d get a complimentary eye mask with any massage booked and that it would be added to my booking automatically. However I never received the eye mask? Also, I booked for 10am and received a confirmation for 10 am but when I arrived my booking was for 9:45 so I felt a little rushed for the start of my appointment.

Disappointed with the online booking system. My booking time was confirmed online then I was called only a week prior to change my time because of a “room clash/ double bookibg. Whilst I was waiting I heard another person. Aloe with the same issue. The time change was an inconvenience to me as the time was booked weeks prior and I was going away, earlier time slot made it a rushed early morning for me, not the start to my holidays I had planned. Fix your online booking system. Therapist was fabulous, timing inconvenient to me
