My massage was not what I expected. I wanted deep tissue but got relaxation. I was not asked if I wanted the pressure adjusted. Disappointed!!

Generally I was impressed with the building and the location is stunning. I enjoyed my treatment and staff appeared genuinely attentive, the only negative comment I have is that staff looked pushed for time.

I find that when I have paid or have a gift voucher for 1 hour massage and half hour facial I expect to get what I pay for. Last visit was with my daughter and it was for her birthday. By the time we went though the process with staff and selected preferred oil we were out of the building 1/4 hour before time needed. Arrived at 9:30am for an hour and a half left our room at 10:45am Not an hour and a half which we paid for which was approx. $300 for two people.

Service is great, just think that sugaring is a little overpriced or there should be a concession / student price.

The salon is in a beautiful and peaceful location. The grounds are artistically landscaped, but not well maintained at my recent visit. The weeds and plants in need of a trim were distracting. The staff providing the services were very good - I have no complaints and enjoyed the treatments. The internal atmosphere is lovely - music, temperature, water and tea offered, luxurious waiting area. However, the attitude of the staff on the phone, prior to the visit, was, on several different phone calls, not welcoming and calming as I would hope. Rather indifferent. They did as asked, but given it is a spa, the interaction felt rude. At another type of business, I probably wouldn't have noticed.

Emily was delightful with a perfect temperament for the job. I just felt she could have been a little more thorough with my body exfoliant treatment. Seemed a little tentative & spent only moments on my back. I have had better physical treatment but never better personal customer treatment.
