Just wanted to give some feedback - Overall we enjoyed the experience. The room is beautiful and neat. The ladies Gemma and Ariana, very professional. The music in the room was a little loud, I think sound noise instead of track where someone is singing would be more relaxing. My husband's feedback that he wanted a harder massage, he mentioned that it was a little light for him. I wished that the they has wiped most of the oil off as the oil transferred to our clothes. Overall we really enjoyed the experience and especially letting us know if we rebook of the 10% discount so we rebooked on the same day. Sarah at the front reception was very friendly and pleasant.

My therapist today was incredible.Katie offered an experience like no other . Her massage and considered professionalism was perfection . Bravo to management and the team ... I always love my visits to the Day Spa .

Made is a wonderful staff member, kind and helpful with a lovely gentle technique. She is very welcoming and allows time to settle and move between treatments. It was a thoroughly enjoyable two hours, thank you Made.
