The room where I had myassage was not nice. Lots of equipment cables on the floor, even bothering the massage therapist to move around freely. That can even be seen as a work and safety issue and a possible source for hazard. The floor was dirty, the room very small. It really affected the quality of my experience. This is one of the room downstairs just next to the sauna area. The massage was ok, but not great. I didn’t like the way the therapist conducted it, asking me many times along the massage what to do and which areas to focus, when I actually said and explained it before the start of the treatment. The massage was good overall and I would definitely not come back with the same person. This is really supposed to be a constructive feedback for the business. I am not trying to be mean and didn’t want to have my feedback public. But I didn’t find a way to send it direct to Savoy. I am sure they have good massage therapists and in previous experience I have been in better rooms. So I was just not lucky this time. But maybe the possibility of ‘being unlucky’ in a visit is something that should not exist. I hope my next visit is better.
