An amazingly relaxing experience from start to finish! As if the baths weren't blissful enough! My hot stone therapy to accompany it was the most delightful combination. My therapist, Naomi, was professional and allowed me to escape silently throughout the duration of my treatment.

I had a really lovely massage with a friendly massage therapist. It is a pity that the heatpump in the room is very noisy! Also the downstairs treatment rooms are not well insulated from the noise from the pool/ spa. All in all it was still a good experience!

I was really looking forward to having a relaxing pregnancy massage but unfortunately it was not the experience I received. The air con unit was so loud that I could barely hear the massage therapist speaking to me. Not to mention it was pointing down on us. The poor girl couldn’t get it to switch off. I also couldn’t breath properly as the face hole was completely enclosed so I had to put my face to the side. Apparently the beds in the rooms up stairs are bigger and allow for your arms to be by your side? The bed I was on downstairs was so narrow with the pregnancy pillow that I had to have them above my head. The massage itself was ok but I couldn’t enjoy it. I certainly won’t be recommending savoy day spa to anyone I know.

The experience felt a little bit impersonal. There was little communication so I was left feeling a little confused. My shoulder and neck were quite sore after. Overall it was a good experience I just think there could have been some improvements.
