Savoy Day Spa is an urban sanctuary nestled underground in the heart of Hobart.  A unique blend of historical elegance with modern wellness facilities, we offer a bathhouse and nourishing Aveda face and body treatments for holistic wellbeing.


We understand that rest and recovery are not merely luxuries; they are necesseties for maintaining mental health and overall wellbeing.


To support you in this, we offer a bathhouse and nourishing Aveda face and body treatments.


Our communal bathhouse is the only one in Tasmania where you can drop in alone or with friends, and stay as long as you like. 


The bathhouse has 2 spas (heated to 38 degrees), a magnesium pool (heated to 28 degrees), a finnish sauna (heated to 80 degrees) and a steam room (heated to 44 degrees), and can be added on to any Aveda treatment.

I was given a relaxation massage by Grace. I’m used to remedials, this being my first relaxation, trying to fit in a last minute booking (I was made aware of the difference when I booked). Grace was aware of that, so she was really great about it, giving me an idea of the difference in treatment, what my options were, and offering a heat pack for my sore neck in lieu of the remedial massage I’m used to, working with what she had available to her. She also had a great bedside manner, very kind service.

I just had one of the best experiences of my life. I highly recommend the pregnancy packages for anyone pregnant, absolutely amazing! 👏 👏 I had a lovely, lovely lady take care of me today, her name was Amelia and she was so kind, caring and very professional. Much needed massage, a little to extreme for David as it was his first one, he did request a relaxation massage but he had to ask for the lady to go lighter. We were very sore in the muscles for up to three days later, I only received the back of my body done, I was expecting all over front and back. We as a couple felt our beds would’ve been nicer facing each other as there was no option for side by side... The atmosphere was lovely and the ladies done a great job, no communication or advise was given though. Thank you, I’ll be back in future, however my partner said he’ll stay in the pool area lol.
