Hi there Was rather disappointed in the room we were put in. It was like a little closet - no ambiance. I have frequented other spas and the quality of this one was on the lower side. Both myself and my friend had a tip to toe package which included a manicure. Mine came off as I was dressing with my friends coming off the next day. Don't offer it if you are not going to do a quality job. The lady told us to report my nails to reception which we did and was greeted with a thanks for letting us know???? No one spoke to me about what products I would like to use for my facial and no products were discussed afterwards.

My wife and I had a swim prior to our treatment. A bunch of ? intoxicated people were yelling and jumping in etc which made it very unenjoyable and hard to relax so was a total waste of money. We would never use these facilities again. My $120 relaxation massage was underwhelming at best. Terrible pressure, a male therapist (never given a choice), multiple areas not massaged (quads, feet etc). Very expensive for an overall poor quality massage.

My therapist, Katie, was very nice and proficient. But unfortunately I felt that the environment was a real let down and spoiled my experience. The room we were in had one of the noisiest air conditioners I have ever heard, very distracting, and I couldn’t really relax. Katie apologised for it, which was kind of her. But I really don’t think that environment is at all suitable in a day spa, much less one that markets itself as luxury. I’m really disappointed- this was a baby moon present from my husband.

I was really looking forward to having a relaxing pregnancy massage but unfortunately it was not the experience I received. The air con unit was so loud that I could barely hear the massage therapist speaking to me. Not to mention it was pointing down on us. The poor girl couldn’t get it to switch off. I also couldn’t breath properly as the face hole was completely enclosed so I had to put my face to the side. Apparently the beds in the rooms up stairs are bigger and allow for your arms to be by your side? The bed I was on downstairs was so narrow with the pregnancy pillow that I had to have them above my head. The massage itself was ok but I couldn’t enjoy it. I certainly won’t be recommending savoy day spa to anyone I know.

I feel as professional language should of been used more. when moving the massage for example legs to back you should ensure pressure is still okay. Too many hot towels to remove products from client during the facial isn’t covid free or relaxing should be one hot towel and disposal sponge to remove products instead. Also I understand I was running late but a spa package says it includes( massage,facial and spa) we didn’t get to use the spa.

One of the worst waxing experiences of my life and I’ve been getting the same thing done for nearly 20 years. It was painful and my pain threshold is pretty good and very uncomfortable. For a service that usually takes 1.5hrs max I was there for 2.5hrs. A very uncomfortable experience. The girl was absolutely lovely but I felt like she had no idea what she was doing. I left in pain and the next day I feel like I’ve had a hard work out in the gym given the prolonged period I was in position.
