The lady who did my henna eyebrows was rough. She used something to tough up the skin before application then used an eyelash brush or similar to abrade the skin after. I have not had henna done this way before. It was painful and left my skin very red. I also explained that my eyebrows need the The product to be left on longer on the outside as my eyebrows don’t take well, she didn’t listen to this, took the product off, decided it was too light light but I was in unable to tolerate any further treatments. If she plans to abrade the skin, the the clinic will need to consider hygiene and invest in a steriliser. Very disappointed as our family have had great service for hair.
