IT'S LOVELY TO RECEIVE A BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT EACH YEAR - UNFORTUNATELY I ALWAYS FORGET. This year I did discuss it with Emma who cut my hair as I did not have the printout with me and then we still forgot to apply it when I paid! Does a screen pop up for each customer every time we have an appointment? Is there a way of having it applied to each persons screen when the appointment is made. No big deal really, just brain fog at this busy time of the year. A great service as always - thank you. Linley Starick
