I always love visiting Shampers to get my hair done - the staff are all lovely. I had Xavia (sorry if i spelled wrong!) for the first time today and she did a great job! I have seen almost all of the girls there now though, and would happily go back to any/all of them! I was loving the music today (acoustic playlist) - it was very mellowing. Hair salons do tend to be noisy, hectic environments so this was lovely :) The young apprentice started a lovely head massage for me, which Xavia finished off... its my favourite part of the whole visit! Good job, as always, ladies! See you again soon!

The girls are wonderful from the moment you walk in. Up to date magazines and hot coffee to make your experience even better while the professionalism of everyone is outstanding.

Elyse was fsbulous in listening to my needs ie burnt hair! Thanks to her also for cutting our teenage son'r hair to a great style both he and us, the parents are more than happy with! a challenge which she rose to perfectly!

Was very happy with the service and hair cut I received at the salon. Hair was cut by a 3rd year apprentice and was one of the best haircuts I have had and better than most qualified hairdressers I have had over the years! Thanku again
