Good experience, staff are always friendly. Would've enjoyed a bit more chatter, felt like my sylist was a bit shy. Also was very busy but I guess that's the way on Saturdays! Overall was impressed with the professionalism and my hair looks great!

Busy afternoon at the salon today, but still received a good cut and colour. A trainee washed my hair, she was rough and left conditioner in my hair, but at least she didn't soak me like she did last time. I would like to come in the week when it's more relaxing and quiet but with two kids it's the only time I get to go.

My reservations where more related to my anxiety in having a new stylist cut my hair as I often found in the past that I have needed to have two or even three visits before I am happy. But today, I left feeling very happy. I would have liked a little more assurance that we had the same ideas in mind. We obviously did. I will be back once again and I will ask for the same stylist as I am very happy with "the look" and I look forward to establishing a relationship with her. Once again thank you Shampers at three.

An apprentice dried my hair and it pulled a little. I was going to wait until it really hurt to say something but a third year was very vigilant and noticed and brought it the attention of the hairdresser in charge who made sure I was comfortable.

I must say my second visit to Shampers wasn't as enjoyable as my first. Same lovely hairdresser but this time she was distracted and hasty. The first time I was overwhelmingly impressed with the quality of service and finished product, together with value for money. In my more recent visit I knew the hairdresser didn't want to be there. I dont blame that hairdresser at all because we all have those days but while she might have been hanging to finish up for the day, she forgot that perhaps this was my first chance to pamper myself in a long time. As a working mother with a FIFO hubby and no family in town occassions like making it to the hairdresser are rare for me and having someone roughly pull out my foils or brush my hair during a blow dry takes alot away from that experience. Don't worry I'll be back, i think above all you offer great value for money, but please remember that sometimes your last client might need just as much attention as your first.
