This was the first time I'd been to the Salon. I find it very hard to find a good hairdresser, But asking around at work Shapers @ 3 was recommended. I am very impressed with my whole experience. I love my hair and would recommend others. Thankyou

Had my hair cut by Emma ...first haircut in a long time that I'm really happy with...will be back in 6 to 8 weeks for trim and maybe highlights. thank you Emma great job...you have re stalled my trust in hairdressers...not all, just you. jackie

Not nearly the colour I wanted. Cut is definatly not what I asked for. Was repeatedly hit in the face and temple with hair brush with no apology. A bit arrogant and not to concerned with what I wanted.

Felt that the shampoo was inadequate both the first and second and didn't get the usual massage with the conditioner but apart from that the results were good.
