I came for a haircut and specifically mentioned the length of my fringe needing to be shortened as it goes in my eyes. My overall haircut is fine however my fringe is still in my eyes annoying the hell out of me :(. As my hair was blow dried and brushed back I did not notice it until this morning when I have washed it. I will ring, or can be contacted, to see if I can ‘finish’ the cut. Cheers, Sonia

Today I didn’t receive the usual quality service. Nikki was distracted and too talkative about herself. She asked Aimee to wash my colour out and then took over before she had finished. Not checking where she was up to and not listening when I said that was the quickest shampoo I had ever had. On arriving home and properly looking at my hair I found she had not completely washed out all of the dye. The underneath hair at my nape was still damp and felt like it needed more rinsing.

my eyebrows are pretty sore and pretty scratched. Not sure if this is normal. I really like my eyebrows. Just not happy about the scratching.

Felt that the shampoo was inadequate both the first and second and didn't get the usual massage with the conditioner but apart from that the results were good.

Its a bit hard to comment on some questions, as was a model (free of charge) for apprentice. But highly recommend
