I think Shampers comes across as a very happy work place where staff support and are considerate to one another. Customers are made to feel relaxed and pampered, with very little or no waiting. Best hair experience I have had in years. Keep it up!

Luv coming to the salon girls realy look after you I always come away feeling like a new women having a coffee is great but what I would like to be offered is a glass of wine I know other salons do this I allways come to have my hair done in the afternoon so maybe you could offer a glass of wine after 3pm sounds like a great idea to me thanks have a great day Susan

It is always a pleasure to have my hair done at this salon. It is top class and the service and friendliness and professionalism of the staff is 110% and a credit to them all.
