Gem of a salon. Wonderful and relaxing. Salon is lovely and big inside and huge selection of stock to buy.Staff are all charming and professional. So glad I found such a great salon in a smaller coastal town!

Emma is an extremely professional, caring and gorgeous hair artist. She is always calm (no matter what external pressures she has with time) ... she gives you the most amazing, one on one care and attention. She makes you honestly feel, your hair is the most important hair at that moment. Her effort to detail and work ethic is supreme. (Emma makes you feel respected and still appreciated, even though you are aging). Emma, really listens too. Jo, is also so friendly and professional when she greets you and attends to your needs and appointments. Stacey as well. Stacey is also an amazing hair stylist, who has a real gift and patience for teaching the girls and coordinating other staff. Actually, all of the girls are brilliant, always professional in their demeanour and the way they present at work. I love how they dress neatly and elegantly too. Shampers is a salon that meets the needs of clients, no matter what age you are.

I just moved up from perth so was very hesitant in going to a new salon with a new hairdresser as I had been with my hairdresser in Perth for years so was very reluctant to try someone new. However the service I received at this salon was amazing! I had a half head of blonde foils done and a cut and blow dry and the foils turned out awesome! Freya did a fantastic job and I was thoroughly impressed with the colour and ultimate result. I would definitly recommend this hairdresser. The only thing that I could fault was that there wasn't a lot of parking. Other then that I will be going back for sure!
