It was quick and pretty painless for me. Waxing spatula was clean in front of me after treatment was done to reassure it's not been reused for the next customer. Beauty therapist is gentle, professional and made it a ease without awkwardness. Environment is comfortable and relaxing. Would recommend the beauty side of this place, will try the hairdressers later too.
