I am so excited about my recent experience at Harlequin Hair. It has been a very long time since I have walked into a salon where I have felt so welcomed and heard. I arrived feeling very despondent about my hair and Steve took the time to review the questionnaire I completed and continued to ask questions to ensure he had a full understanding of where I was at and where I wanted to go with my hair. I had no idea, but he patiently steered me in the right direction. Steve also took the time to talk to me about hair product and I left with a bag full of samples. He also explained the maintenance routine very well for the best outcome. In addition to all of that, it has clearly been the best style cut I have experienced in many years and it has been a dream to manage. I can finally wear my curls again. The follow up service was also amazing receiving an email encouraging me to return if I was at all not satisfied. What a refreshing and amazing experience. Would highly recommend this salon.
