Straight after my hair cut & colour I was pressured into making a follow up appt sooner than I had wanted to. I then missed this appt due to my children being unwell. I then booked a new appt and when I came to my appt they hit me with a $181 missed appt fee - quoting me $440 for a semi permanent root tint and cut. I then had to leave as this is an exhorbarnt amount of money (esp in the current climate!) I then had to forfeit my $62 booking fee. I took they day off work and arranged care for my children to make this appt happen! I am so disappointed and completely shocked - absolutley unbelievable behaviour. The owner who was there did not even take the time to speak with me.
