the guy who was doing my treatment only shampoo-ed my hair once.. normally in other hair salons they shampoo it twice and very thoroughly as well not just a quick wash. he didn't brush my fringe with the nano treatment too, seems a bit rushed. the same guy as well didn't wait until the straightening iron becomes hot, but after he plugged it in he just waited like a minute and started straightening my hair (which btw the iron wasn't hot yet) so he ended up pulling my hair very roughly *should be done gently, I don't want hair loss.. and he almost burned my right ear as well. I think this can also be fixed by doing everything gently.

My stylist Tomoko was very personable. She was very skilled and I receive a great service. I particularly enjoyed my shampoo which included a relaxing head massage.
