Colleen went above and beyond for my daughter’s first adult styled cut, especially after we’d been in transit travelling interstate and my daughter was basically asleep in the chair. After we left and she caught sight of her hair in the shop windows she was ecstatic. It was everything she’d hoped for! Colleen communicated the whole way through about the cut and had perfect suggestions. After two previous (different salons) traumatic experiences for my daughter when she was younger putting her off ever having her haircut again, she said she’d definitely recommend Colleen to other kids like her.
