Following a 'sea change' from Melbourne to Ocean Grove, I now travel 1.5 to 2 hours to have my hair done by Jae at Suite J! I think that factor alone probably attests to my satisfaction with the quality of service I receive, but I will add more. I have been coming to Jae for my hair cuts, colours and other styling needs for 20 years, and during that time (certainly since moving so far away!) I have on occasion tried other hair stylists... But I can't find anyone who comes close to Jae. I have recommended him to my family and friends, many of whom now won't go anywhere else. I find that he listens to what you actually want, offers his expertise in the form of helpful advice and suggestions with respect, and always ensures accurate communication has occurred. This is a critical factor in achieving a satisfied client! How many times do we hear stories where people thought they had explained what they wanted ... And were very disappointed (or even devastated!) at the result?! Jae knows how to work with matching a style or colour with your face, colouring, hair type and lifestyle! Again, very important. While I have always seen Jae for my hair styling needs, I wouldn't hesitate to see another staff member of Suite J if for some reason he couldn't provide me the service I needed at the time I wanted it - after so many years I have seen the work of many of his staff and colleagues, and am confident that he only employs high quality hair stylists. Jae and his colleagues are also very welcoming and friendly, making a visit to the salon a pleasure! I will always remain a loyal client and friend xx

I was on holidays from WA and desperately needed a haircut. I went into Suite J and it was a wonderful start to my holiday. The hairdresser, I think her name was Michelle, was just fabulous and understood exactly what I wanted. When I'm back into St Kilda I would definitely go back for a haircut or style. I felt pampered and wonderful...Thank you

I am so pleased I found Suite J, the whole experience was fab! The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Christiane was great and did an amazing job with my hair, I left the salon feeling fab! And not forgetting the complimentry glass of bubbles. Thank you suit J!
