I had an appointment for my 3 & 4 year old daughters. The staff member conducting the appointment made sure to ask what was wanting done and done a great job, very patient with the girls. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. The edition of kids toys is fantastic as is the comfy couch for people to sit and kids to play. Most importantly my girls were very happy with their hair and proceeded to show it off for the rest of the day.
