This is the third time I am visiting TYH but the style cut this time was disappointing, execept for the length of the hair their was nothing obvious about the style cut that I was charged for. I was also charged for a professional blow dry which did not last for even 4 hrs whereas I was told it would last for 2 days if hair was not rinsed.

I just wanted to say that I am always quite satisfied with the service I receive at the salon. I am especially pleased with Layla's service. She seems to somehow know exactly what I want and gets it right every time. She is amazing with balayage and I absolutely love my hair! I used to go to Donna for my hair, years ago but since my hairdresser closed down at Christmas period, I started going back to TYH. I'm so pleased I've made the change, Donna is a wonderful hairdresser and such a pleasant lady to speak to. All her staff are very friendly and professional. I'm paying more than I used to at my previous hairdresser but I'd rather pay a little extra and leave with a very satisfying service. My hair looks so much healthier since I've been going TYH.Thank you Donna 👍
