- they should follow the appointment times because our time is important too. - they should have alarms for each procedure they do to the clients, so they may be notifies when it's done so the chemical will not over stay in your hair or whatsoever. - i think they should have some promo's or discounts when we come back for another service - staffs are great overall and friendly
