I had Danielle cut my hair today , she made me feel very comfortable , she approached me with a warm smile 😃 I loved the way she cut my hair, she understood exactly what i wanted Thank you 😊

This was my first time visiting and I had the most amazing experience from the minute I stepped in. The ladies were so lovely and attentive. My hair wash was such a relaxing experience, especially the scalp massage towards the end of the wash. Danielle looked after my hair cut and I’m so glad she did - she was lovely and really talked me through how different styles would work and what would suit me best. She did such a fantastic job and I’m already looking forward to my next visit in a few months time. Such a luxurious experience and I’m so glad I took the plunge and went in.

Danielle did an amazing job on my hair. Loved my hair styling. She was so wonderful and friendly. The only downside to my visit was that I had organised my own makeup artist to do my makeup which I had notified the salon prior to my visit so that they were ok with it and I was told at the time that it would be no problem. Then on the day we were questioned as to had I checked with them as there wasn’t anything noted on my appointment and that the salon employee would now call the owner to check that it was ok. This made myself and my makeup artist feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is not how you make your customers feel. There was plenty of room in the salon and I don’t understand why it was an issue. It was my makeup artists first visit. She thought the salon was beautiful and was going to post on her Instagram to promote it but she didn’t want to after the way we were treated. We were already there and we should not have been made to feel unwelcome. This is not a way to run your business.

The reason for the low ratings: - My hair wasn't washed, it has always been washed before a cut. Not sure why it was overlooked this time? I have very curly long hair, I would assume it is easier to cut when wet? If I knew it wasn't going to be washed at the salon I would have washed it myself just before my appointment. - It felt like my haircut was rushed. To be fair I just asked for a "trim" but this is what I have always asked for. I could see the lady who cut my hair was busy dying another clients hair before/after by cut, maybe this was why? - I had to tidy up/trim myself after the haircut. Again possibly because the lady was pressed for time due to her other client. On a positive note - I was greeted upon arrival and offered a coffee/water etc.
