10 out of 10 service every time!! The salon is absolutely beautiful and all the girls are genuinely friendly and professional. They make me feel so comfortable and welcome. They listen to what I want every time and also give great advice and opinions when I ask. They always remember me even when if I haven’t been for a long time. I am particularly referring to Fatima but I can see all the girls have the same high standards. I get the best service overall and Fatima is so good at what she does, my haircut is always perfect. Highly skilled hairdresser and perfect at what she does. I would never go anywhere else. Very well priced too. Thank you!!

I booked the appointment few weeks ago for myself and my daughter. When I rang I asked if Chloe could do my hair as I wanted an up style. Seeing as it was on a Sunday I was told the girls who are selected to work on that day will do it for you. Half my luck both girls were trainees and were honest to let me know they couldn’t do an up style. One of the girls rang Chloe the owner and told her what I wanted. I assumed Chloe would come in and do it. NO such luck. I’m VERY disappointed. I can’t fault or blame the trainees but the Boss should know better

The cut itself was well done and the salon looks well. The place looked clean however there was a bit of hair and dust between the counter top and mirrors, and inside the cubby hole. Regarding treatment, I was barely acknowledged by any of the staff save the girl at the desk whose only greeting was to ask my name. At my previous salon upon entering all staff in your vicinity will greet you and you will be offered a cup of tea or coffee upon entering, which sets the experience apart from a regular hair cut. I was also asked if I wanted my hair washed prior to the cut which I thought was a given. Again at my previous salon it was a given and with the wash you would receive a relaxing scalp massage, which didn't happen at Style Express. I did like that Anthea, the Style Express stylist, kept checking with me how I thought the cut was going and whether I'd like it shorter, etc. Overall, could be a bit cleaner, could be oodles friendlier, Anthea did do a great job, I would say it's a good salon but nothing out of the ordinary.

Needed a quick wash/blowdry. Jess looked after me. She asked a few questions and the blow-dry was professionally done in no time. Just what a busy woman needs!
