Always very lovely and professional staff. Wonderful at explaining exactly what they are doing with services and the benefits, how your skin is going and what could benefit your skin, unlike other places where you have a lot of product put on and it doesn’t feel like it’s effective for your skin and you don’t know why they’re using those products. Always a pleasant experience!
