My hair is long and really thick - Sarah has been doing my hair for years now and she is amazing. She is professional, very knowledgeable, creative and very, very patient! Sarah always takes the time to explain what she is doing and suggest ideas and I am always really happy with the results. Sarah is always great at managing time and other clients by asking others to help when needed. Sometimes I find the price varies and I my only suggestion is providing an itemised receipt - when sometimes the price is well over $250 I would like to know if it’s because of optional treatments at the basin etc. It was lovely to be in the salon today and observe 1 Min silence in honour of our soldiers - very respectful.

The Parlour on Olive's atmosphere is warm and positive and the salon is clean and tidy. The Senior Specialist (Sarah) who looked after me was highly professional and welcoming. I came to her with hair that had been bleached by 5 different hairdressers over a 12 month period, and was looking for a colour correction. I had a consult prior to my apt. During my consult, Sarah was highly detailed in the information she gave me and spent the time working with me to understand my needs, concerns and the outcome I was expecting. She used language I could understand and together we formulated a plan. On the day of my first apt, she was reassuring, again managed my expectations and she wasn't afraid to push my naturally red hair. She was confident in her application and knowledge. Her foiling technique was spot on and the colour she chose matched my skin tone. She reassured me she would fix my hair up and she did fix it! Sarah is a genuine asset to the Parlour on Olive. She has a passion for her trade and making her clients happy. I'm glad I found her! I would recommend her to anyone, and especially if your wanting to go blonde or have a colour corrected.

She knows what colour suits my skin tone best and she provides detail answers to my questions.. she keeps my informed of the process the whole way through and together we make the best decision for my hair. The salons services are well priced and the atmosphere is welcoming and fun.
