Caroline was very helpful trying to achieve a better colour for my hair. It is a little darker than I want but as she explained it’s going to take a few goes to get the desired look. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with great advice and I loved her approach of having a plan going toward! She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and what I didn’t like and liked! Thank you, we will get there!
