Very good haircut but was Over 35 mins late in starting. Would have appreciated knowing that so I could have done some other jobs while waiting. I would have also appreciated an offer of a drink etc while waiting.

My hair is long and really thick - Sarah has been doing my hair for years now and she is amazing. She is professional, very knowledgeable, creative and very, very patient! Sarah always takes the time to explain what she is doing and suggest ideas and I am always really happy with the results. Sarah is always great at managing time and other clients by asking others to help when needed. Sometimes I find the price varies and I my only suggestion is providing an itemised receipt - when sometimes the price is well over $250 I would like to know if it’s because of optional treatments at the basin etc. It was lovely to be in the salon today and observe 1 Min silence in honour of our soldiers - very respectful.
