Jess is bful, I asked her to give me red hair and she delivered exactly what I wanted, my hair looks and feels amazing. Bful woman 2 chat with and really knows what she's doing, I haven't been to a hairdressers for ova a yr and def go bac 2 c Jess. Thank u so much
