I enjoyed the experience. Zana (attending hair stylist) was very approachable and offered suggestions without any pressure. The whole atmosphere in the salon was warm and welcoming. The final cut and colour met all my expectations. I would also like to say that at first contact by phone the person I spoke with was exceptionally helpful and was able to answer all my queries. She made the experience a very welcoming one.
