I booked my appointment back in December using the online booking system but when I rang to confirm the appointment, was told that the booking had not been received on the system. Thankfully I was able to be slotted in with Jo at a later time slot on the same day. Even though she really didn't have time to do the services I had originally booked for, Jo still went out of her way to make it happen. Thanks Jo - above and beyond, and brilliant as always
