As a first time visitor to Basin I must commend you on your excellent customer service. It was so refreshing to be greeted professionally on arrival, and treated with so much care and respect throughout my appointment. By chatting to my hairdresser I was impressed by the measures that the owners of the business appear to take to ensure a productive, supportive, friendly and professional environment for their staff to work in. This was evident in the level of activity and buzz in the salon during my visit. Also, the rewards offered to repeat customers is a great way to encourage customer loyalty. Thanks for the nurturing experience

Bec was lovely and great stylist. All your staff work together so well and very good at what they do. It was good a few of the girls adding there talents to the outcome of my hair. Terrific salon and lovely people.
