All staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Whilst I am missing Emma, Steven and Corinna have been doing an amazing job. I love the professionalism of Steven and Mandy, the product range is well priced and a great selection, magazines are good - reading trash at the hairdressers is something I look forward to, coffee is great, and the whole salon has a fabulous 'buzz' to it. I have been going to The Basin for 15 years now and I intend to continue to do so for another 15+. Great team, great experience, great vibe and a great place to be truly looked after. Thanks guys xx

I thoroughly enjoyed getting my hair cut and styled here. After getting my hair cut at a Just Cuts for the past year I started to realise it wasn't worth the cheap prices as it was a different hair dresser every time and I would always leave unhappy. I decided to book into Basin Haircutters and am so glad I did. I had Chloe look after me and she was amazing. So helpful and very friendly. I left feeling happy and confident and will definitely be returning now that I have found a hairdresser who understands my thick short hair! A huge bonus for me is that they offer soy milk with coffee :D
