I've been visiting the salon for six years, the standard of service is always friendly and professional. I always feel relaxed, never rushed, which is important as a busy working mother of four. I bring my three girls to the salon, ages 11,13 and 14, and they love the 'basin' treatment.

Can never fault the experience after a visit to the Basin. Staff are wonderful, service brilliant and the styling amazing. Always come away feeling so good.

I love the service and enthusiasm of the staff. As a bloke with long hair it's nice to be so well looked after. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly.
