I have been trusting and going to The Basin for 15 years. All staff have been and still are friendly, honest, patient, obliging and caring. Mandy, Steve, Enma & Karina are to be commended for their outstanding service. Not once have I ever had a bad experience & I am very fussy about my hair! Genuine people & high level professional quality.

It's wonderful to be treated as a valued client and welcomed back after my return from Perth!! Carrie was wonderful today fitting me in at short notice. Very surprising and much appreciated to be fitted in at short notice. Jo did a great job! Brent moving my car so I didn't get a parking fine was an extra bonus service I appreciated. Thanks Mandy!! Your staff are true professionals!!! Love the head massage too!!!!
