I always look forward to my haircut at The Basin!! From the time i walk in and am greeted by the smiley Helen, to my relaxing hair wash with one of the gorgeous girls, preparing me for the awesome haircutter extraordinaire, Mandy. Love you all!! Mel x

From the moment you walk into the Basin Hairdressers you feel very special. All the staff are wonderful and friendly. I see Cloe, who, what can I say except she is awesome. She listens, is kind and funny, just an incredibly lovely girl. I feel so relaxed and well cared for. I am so happy with the haircuts, colours and styling. The best Hairdressers I have ever been to. I would rate my overall experience as a 10/10

The staff at the basin are attentive and courteous. Their level of training is exceptional and they seem to focus on keeping on trend with hairstyles and fashion. I have had my hair cut by several staff and every time I am satisfied with the result, as they all possess the same attention to detail and passion for ensuring they know what you want before they begin.
