Lanh from The Basin is the most incredible, talented and fantastic professional hairdresser I've ever had. It's a great honour to have her doing mine and my daughter's hair. As they say: the environment makes the person. I guess that's right about Stephen, owner of the Basin, his culture and attitude towards his clients and staff. Always friendly and focused on providing the best professional advice to what's best for you and for your hair, beyond money or bias! Well done Stephen, Lahn and The Basin!

First visited the Basin late last year after a hair disaster at another salon. Even though it was only a couple of weeks before Christmas and I'm sure they were very busy, the staff at the Basin were sympathetic to my situation and managed to fit me in to have it fixed within a couple of days of contacting them. I was very happy with the result given what they had to work with and have continued to go there since this time. The team are very friendly the service is excellent.
