Excellent service, staff are knowledgeable, helpful and want to make the whole experience enjoyable. I consider myself fairly fussy regarding haircuts, and the age old 'you pay for what you get' applies. I trust their judgement & quality is paramount to this business. They want to see you leave a happy customer. Highly recommended.

Staff are always friendly & greet you by name with a smile. I always look forward to my visits - its stress free & throughly enjoyable! The salon is always clean & tidy - even during the busiest times. I can highly recommend The Basin Haircutters

The reason I have given such high ratings is because I have been a client at Basin Haircutters since it first opened. I never say to the stylists what I want I let them decide on what best suits me, this way my style is up to date and always changing. I always enjoy my time at the salon.

I have been coming to The Basin for more than 6 years and I have NEVER left an appointment feeling anything less than 100% about my experience and hairstyle. I have somewhat difficult hair and I'm fussy!! 5 of the stylists have cut & coloured my hair over the years (to fit in with my busy schedule)and they ALL provide the utmost skill and professionalism. There is a vibe at this salon that I have not experienced anywhere before and I lived in Melbourne for many years! The stylists are first class communicators - they do not patronise (I'm 63 - we don't need that!), they take time to listen to you, advise you and ensure that you leave with a style/colour that complements you as an individual. The salon itself is bright, clean and airy, the decor is contemporary and the magazine selection is vast (important to me - I don't get a lot of time to read mags and tired "Truck Weekly" doesn't cut it). From the moment you enter this salon, you are discreetly pampered and you leave feeling confident and 10 years younger. I look forward to my appointment - I know I will experience excellence in customer service with a genuine and honest desire to meet my expectations.

Every experience at The Basin is a positive and enjoyable one. The staff are professional and always run on time. I have total faith that I will get great colour advice and a style/cut which suits my hair and my lifestyle. Highly recommend the salon and cutters.
