Always friendly staff. Very impressed with colour advice from Chloe. Also impressed by Sam and very happy with earlier blow-dries. Prices, although not cheap, are reasonable enough to encourage frequent use of services.

Having the beauty treatments also available give you more choice fantastic professional staff and saves time while you are having a colour you can have beauty treatments. HI basin. The end result was great, but i wonder if there isn't a better way to handle the salon being closed on a Monday. i really wanted to get a trim prior to midday, when I had a very important meeting. Even though I left a message on Monday, it wasn't until Tuesday morning that I was contacted to confirm that I could get my trim. I know it might not be possible to check the messages last thing Monday night and do the confirming then , but it would certainly be appreciated by potential customers. Just feedback, don't get too stressed! Oh, and the girl who cut my hair was great .....Lanh???? Fantastic

My haircut by Anita was excellent. She gave advice, is a good listener and responded well to my wishes after good communication took place. Her expertise is appreciated ------ she is an excellent hair stylist. The reward from having my hair styled by Anita is the number of compliments about my hair following the appointment.

I really appreciate the personal, quiet, unhurried, friendly attention I get when I visit The Basin. My life is demanding and stressful and to be treated with personal dialogue, eye-contact, fresh coffee and un-hurried beautification is absolute luxury and will bring me back over and over! I don't mean to be un-caring, but I really don't need other people's problems; just the luxury of some time away from my own problems.
