With a salon like this that provides perfect service, a perfect environment and the most amazing experience, how the hell has any other salon got a chance to succeed? Basin Haircutters, you have set the bar way too high for the industry; I know because I left for a period of time (for logistical reasons) and couldn't wait to come back and hand over my money! Just don't ever get some stupid idea like retiring from the industry, decide to sell up or worse still change your first class management strategies!

The Basin Haircutters look after their clients with a friendly & professional experience every time.Even when the salon is busy - their calm, friendly & personalised service does not suffer. I have tried other salons in the past, but nothing beats a great cut; and that's what I get every time! And the massage chairs at the basin top it all off wonderfully. Thanks team

Was a great experience. Bec was fantastic and really knows her stuff. It was great to find a hairdresser that is sustainable and genuinely cares about their customers as well as staff. I also thought it was good value. I was expecting it to be very expensive but it was worth it for the overall experience and quality of end result. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel less anxious as I don't usually enjoy going to the hairdresser but I will be back! Thank you.
