Honestly, I have visited salons all over the world and The Basin is genuinely the best I have ever been to. The level of customer service is incredible. I love coming here and having my hair done every 4-6 weeks and look forward to my appointments. My hair always looks amazing every time I walk out of the salon. I can’t recommend The Basin higher, I will be a client forever.

I had a bit of a hair malfunction, so came to The Basin to get it fixed and OH MY WORD, I feel so much happier about my hair! Han did a great job. I loved the head massage I got with my toner application and shampoo. I’ll definitely be coming back!
