I love the way Jess really listened to what I wanted, even when I changed my mind after she had put the colours together. She accepted this change of mind without any problems and found me a colour that was exactly what I wanted.

I have been going to The Basin for over 7 years - since I moved to Goodwood. I would have gone to wherever I had to go to get a good haircut but this is honestly the best salon I have ever been to and it's local. Lovely staff treat you like family and you walk out feeling fabulous. Thanks to everyone at The Basin for being great hairdressers and wonderful people.
