I particularly liked the girl who did my eyebrow tint. She did a very good job. She was also very easy to approach about what I wanted.

Jo was very knowledgable about products and hair tools being used throughout the visit and even recommended specific makeup and hair care that may assist me in maintaining my look. She was very professional and understanding when it came to assisting me in finding the right look for myself.

Looking forward in my diary this week was such a bonus when I noted that 'HAIR' was booked in. Once again I was pampered and made to feel very special, and that was before my colour and cut! Each staff member has the ability to make their client feel just that little bit more at home and comfortable, and for that I thank Mandy and Steve for their ability to pass on their intended sentiment. I am always so happy with the end result of my cut, colour and blow wave that it seems such a normal expected result when I receive a compliment from friends.

Always such a great experience coming to Basin. All the staff are very friendly and make sure you are looked after. I have difficult hair (thick and curly) and have always found it difficult to find a hairdresser that actually does a great job, which also reflects what I have asked for. I have been going to Basin for a couple of years now and could not be more happy with the results which are continually produced. Also, such great value for money. I have never had one of those moments where you go to pay, and are shocked with how much it actually costs.
