I recently introduced my wife to The Basin and, believe me, she is VERY fussy when it comes to her hair. She was genuinely amazed. Said it was like visiting Vidal Sassoon in London. And she would know, she's visited them for many years. From the moment you step through the doors you'll discover a busy, well run salon with a totally cool vibe. The quality of service can only be described as five star. It's like having a London experience at Adelaide prices.

Absolutely amazing, as always - go in looking like I've been dragged through a hedge backwards, leave looking like I'm in a hair advert its so amazing! My hair has seriously never looked so shiny, sleek yet volume-y and lovely before I started going to The Basin, completely love it!

Emma has been doing my hair now for 20 years and has never failed me and my forever changing styles. I've also had many girls wash, rinse, tint and wax, and have always found the staff kind and friendly. The ladies on the desk, too, are courteous and helpful. I often get asked where I get my hair done from not only friends and colleagues but strangers in the shopping centres. The basin is not just a hairdressers it is a whole well being experience. Thanks guys you are a terrific staff team who always help each other out and often hear staff ask if there's anything else they can do. I can't see myself ever changing hair stylists again. Well done The Basin team.
