Nice environment and lovely coffee or tea offered every time. I particularly enjoy the head massage when the girls are washing your hair. These two things along with the hairdressing are the great things about this salon. I have asked the girls what shampoo/conditioner they use when washing but they never tell me (a secret?).

I look forward to my visits to the Basin Haircutters as it is such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. My stylist is an absolute professional and makes me feel so valued. I have been going to this salon for nearly 10 years, and I will never change! The Basin Haircutters is in a league all of its own!!!
