the staff are so kind to my parents. I cant tell you enough about this. Chloe is fantastica dn makes my mum feel special. Mum was over the moon that she got a birthday hair cut. Really impressed that the owners come and say hello to my parents. helen is really helpful and it was lovely to see emily again today. In terms of making my mum look good and looking after my dad 11 out of 10 and chloe is fantastic

I have been coming to the basin hairdresser for over two years and have found the quality, service and professionalism from them to be exceptional. They listen to my needs and advise me on the best way to achieve them. I enjoy coming to the salon the staff are all very friendly and polite. Their prices are very competitive. I have been to many hairdressers over the years and I have found the basin to be the best of them all. Have no trouble in recommending to all my family and friends.

Really enjoyed the experience, appreciated the way my stylist really listened to what I wanted and kept checking to make sure she was doing what I wanted. The only negative I can mention is the lack of parking.

My first visit to The Basin was a refreshing experience - these guys don't take clients for granted and service standards were really high. The salon has a really positive vibe and staff seem genuinely happy to be working there. Will definitely be going back.
