The Basin is a great experience. It's the little things - the welcome as you enter, the cup of coffee or tea you receive, the quality of the magazines you read. The massage you receive when you get your hair washed and the good advice you receive. I have changed hairdressers but have returned to the Basin for this reason. I have also tried a few hairdressers in this salon and they have all been of excellent quality. It's not just the haircut - it's the experience. I have referred my friends.
